Condition of Items: To qualify for a return or refund, items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Items that have been worn, used, or altered in any way are not eligible for a return or refund.

Non-Refundable Items: Some items, including but not limited to personalized or custom-made products, gift cards, and sale items, are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return items. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
3. Refund Process

4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired product.
